Agedi assisted a group of private owners in defining a unified value-enhancement strategy for a transformation area on the outskirts of Milan, characterised by fragmented ownership, infrastructure constraints and the absence of a shared vision. The assignment included an analysis of the local context and market dynamics, the strategic repositioning of the site in relation to its original intended use, and the identification of an investor for the development of a data centre as a sustainable, low-impact solution with significant strategic value. Agedi contributed to the strategic, financial, urban-planning and corporate structuring of the transaction, including through the use of a vehicle governed by Article 7.2 of Italian Law 130/1999.
